I have a neje 3 max + lightburn 14.0.0 laptop,

I have a neje 3 max + lightburn 14.0.0 machine connected and working on my desktop computer it works perfectly
The error happens when I need to connect the Neje machine to my other HP laptop computer.
When it is connected to the laptop, the laser does not make correct engravings.
can anybody help me

Backup Lightburn settings for installing on new computer

You can copy the prefs.ini (‘File’->‘Open prefs folder’), which contains all device information, LightBurn settings, window layout, and more. Before making this copy, close LightBurn, as it writes over that file on close. For the Library files, copy the .CLB and .LBART files you want to transfer. I would also look to duplicate the fonts installed on the old system as well to ensure all previous files work as expected.

Copy the files listed from your desktop machine to the laptop.
