I have bought the software but still not letting me use the other tools available on the software can anyone help me and tell me why or do i have something turned off please if someone can help

I don’t know what tools you are referring to, but in the first instance make sure that ’ Beginner Mode’ is switched off.

Also check what menu options you have selected from the ‘Windows’ drop down.

The trial software you used before buying is fully functional with only a time limit.

You can only use certain tools when you have objects selected that fit to them. In your screenshot, the text options are disabled because you didn’t select any editable text.
