I have just received a UV laser from Fonland and, while not new to Lightburn, I find myself struggling

I am using a Mac computer, and having connected the laser to the laptop, the is no q-pulse showing. My other lasers are an OmTech 80w CO2 and a Monport 20w fiber laser. I can get the laser to generate output, but the output is backwards, and, generally, I’m stumbling like a drunk in a dark room. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you import the manufacturer’s config file as instructed on our docs page?
