I have an Atom Stak 10 laser, until yesterday it worked very well. When I turned it on to work, I saw that it did not cut the paper, it only left marks as if you drew it with a pencil.
I put it on 35% power, it doesn’t leave a mark at all.
I set the power to 100% with the pencil mark. Please help me.
I have only been using it for a month.
I work with Light burn software.
