I renewed my license key and now lightburn wont connect

Hi, LightBurn, I have tried to get in contact with someone. I emailed and tried to call. I left a question on the support forum. I renewed my Lightburn license key. I went on your YouTube and watched as many videos as I could. I bought a new USB cord. I even contacted Aeon to see if it was my laser and no one can figure out why my Lightburn will not connect to my Lazer Please help

Did you purchase the dsp license for the Ruida? The default license is for grbl gcode…

Are you trying to connect via usb or Ethernet…?
