Hello, my engraver stops a moment after starting the operation. Both during the test and during photo engraving. I don’t understand what’s wrong with that. The Lasergrbl program works. Thank you for your help
What do you see in the Console window when the engraving stops? Please share a screenshot or copy and paste the text you see there — if there is an error or alarm message, it will help us identify the cause.
It was probably my fault. I did not take into account the position of the engraver in relation to the Light Bern window. If he doesn’t cooperate next time, I’ll take a picture. thank you for answer
So he stopped again in the middle of work. The alarm started beeping and it couldn’t be triggered any further.
It looks like your Ortur’s flame sensor is being triggered. Try downloading and updating its firmware. I believe more recent versions have reduced the sensitivity of the sensor (or disabled it entirely).
You can find up to date firmware and instructions here:
That’s what I thought too, but I couldn’t continue any further.
Does Leigh Bern stop on its own when it catches fire and can’t continue?
No, LightBurn has no ability to detect a fire. That feature is entirely dependent on your hardware.
Is it possible to continue the task if there is a burning error?
From the message in the Console window it looks like you can press the power button on your machine to resume the job, if you’ve verified there is no fire.
However, that is a feature of your machine, not LightBurn, so you’ll need to get in touch with Ortur for more information on that:
Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it
