Hope you don’t have to wait too long…
There’s an old saying… a squeaky wheel gets greased (attention) first.
I’d ask them what the error code means and if they can give you a table of error codes… all they can say is no.
We’ll be waiting also.

You probably right.
They send me DHL ticket for returning the laser head, and will send me another one.
Hope will be OK.
Will replay when it come.

Almost a month is go away…and I have no laser head, no answer of my e-mails, nothing.
The Athomstack support is just …
