I’m a first timer with a new TWO TREES laser engraver, and running windows 10, and cant download lightburn and a screen keeps popping up say “The program does not support the version of windows your computer is running” PLEASE HELP..?
On your computer can you go to Windows>System>About and confirm your OS?
If it’s using a 32 bit operating system, you may need to download LightBurn 1.5.06, which is the final 32-bit release of LightBurn.

Did you specifically download the 32 bit version of LightBurn? Is this a laptop you just installed Windows 10 on? I’d be pretty surprised if it didn’t support 64 bit, it’s pretty much impossible to buy a laptop anymore that isn’t 64 bit. Might be worth it to reload Windows on the laptop and install the 64 bit version. Would really reduce a lot of headaches down the road in the end.
