The origin is to the right rear when I use G0 X0 Y0. The machine homes to the front left. When I try to do a frame the machine goes about 3/4 of the distance of the workspace and then acts like it has bumped into a rail. Sometimes it runs to what I think is the origin but continues past the limit switch and crashes into the rail. I have been able to run lasergrbl without any problems but lightburn has features that would streamline my projects. Right now I’m using one program to do design work then I have to export to an svg file so I can run my project.
Hey Stewart, I also own a fox alien vasto. My machine homes to the front left too.
Is your origin and working size correct? Here are my device settings in V2.0.04 and what my controller reports when it’s homed:
I once used the reset command in my console window to reset my firmware settings back to factory default and that really messed things up. I had to reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what specific firmware settings I needed.
