I use an Xtool D1 pro with a rotary attachment. When I want to engrave a bottle I get the same error 1/2 times. The parts of my photo that need to be lasered more are shifted in relation to the photo.
On the photos you can see my test print which is fine (only mirrored). I enlarged this print for my real bottle and this gave the following problems (see photo)
I see you are using “Offset Fill”, which gives an interesting 3 dimensional effect to the text, but will demand a lot more work and rapid movement from the rotary axis - which could be the cause of your positional errors - try cutting the speed and power by half and see it makes a difference.
