Hello everyone, I have a orion motor tech 60 watt laser engraver. To date it has worked flawlessly. Recently I noticed that my image files don’t looke like they used to. I can’t seem to get the details like previously. I have checked the laser as much as I know how to and have emailed the company as well as asked in my other laser groups. I know it may be the laser itself but I want to make sure I cover all the possible problems. Is it possible for there to be something on the lightburn software that can cause this?
A picture is worth at leask 1k in words… There is little to go on here. Lightburn has been beat up pretty thoroughly, so I doubt that’s it. I’d look elsewhere…
However, this is a great group and will help you if you give us enough information to go on. 
Yes, it would be helpful to “see” some examples, so we can compare. Have you changed the focus distance or provided any lens maintenance recently? Are the settings the same? Are you comparing previous output of the same file on the same material?
Help us by filling in a bit more of the details when you can.
