Hi, i am struggling to get my image in the right spot.
The Frame option (with blue laser point) shows the right position, when i draw a rectangle it is positioned correctly but the image is burnt about 5 cm too far right.
I noticed the Neonlight affects the laser and some intercerences do sometimes cause problems, but now i moved the laser away from it and it keeps being off.
Also i checked the belt, they move freely.
Can someone help me with this ?
I have a NEJE 4 Max.
Did you calibrate your laser lens? I had the same problem until I calibrated it.
i now found the issue it really was the belt i completely uninstalled it and installed it again now it works, but my images get too light if i scale it up in lightburn, if i crop a small part of the image to try out the settings it gets really dark and if i then engrave the whole image with the same dpi speed and power it gets a lot less dark
