when i go to engrave the image is inverted and reversed. any help. happened all of a sudden. been working great for a year. Gary
It is always helpful to include a few screenshots to help us “see” what you are experiencing. Without this, the first thing I would check is the Image Layer settings to ensure ‘Negative Image’ on that screen is flipped Off (red). 
It sounds like you probably have the ‘Device Origin’ set incorrectly for your laser. Where is the Origin value set in Edit > Device Settings?
