Hi. I have xtool d1 pro 10w air assist. I have used it before with outstanding results. But now nothing i do will engrave. I’ve changed power, speed, dpi. Everything looks ok on console but they come out black or just a faint square without image. Hoping someone could help please.
Can’t tell you much, but are you sure it’s focused? This is the most common.
