I am new to the Lightburn software and using a laser so I am not sure if this is a software setting issue or laser module issue. I recently installed a 7.5-watt diode laser as an add-on to my Shepeoko XL. I am able to burn lines when I run Lightburn. But when I upload an image to burn I can see it in the program but running the laser nothing burns into the wood. Do you think this is a laser issue or a setting within the software? I am using NEJE 30W Input 7.5W Output Laser Module. Thanks
You need to read up on your laser, maybe read whatever manual came with it and google your questions. Surprising what you will learn.
You could try lowering the speed or raising the power or if all else fails, try both.
