Hey hope someone is able to help
I recenlty purchased a Gweike Cloud machine and had issues with engraving images in lightburn I got my replacement machine this week and I’m still having issues
Ive tried different images and the same issue happens with every image however if I engrave on one of my other machines they come out fine?
Ive updated my licenece as i hoped that may help
Not to sure what else could be the issue hoping maybe someone can point me in the right direction thabks for any help
