When I click on Import a file the software freezes up preventing me from opening a file
Help would be easier with details: Lightburn version? Computer operating system? What file type are you trying to import?
I get this also sometimes on larger DXF files, I have noticed it mostly when using an ultrawide monitor, and the LB screen goes from full screen to a 16:9 format and hangs non responsive, sometimes it will load and go back to full screen and other times it will just not respond.
Do you use Ultrawide monitor?
