I have a couple of files that will not import into Lightburn, one of the files was a PDF and only part of the images came through, and I have a tried a couple of other files that was a .ia file and nothing would import. I have tried other .ai files and some work and some won’t. Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thank you.
