In RDWorks there is a option to import DXF text and Points. I see no comparable options in LightBurn DXF import settings. Text does import properly, but points, not so much. Is this something that should work, or considered for the future?
Can I ask what you use them for? I never had a need for them myself, so I’m curious. It would take a bit of work to support cutting them, but it’s possible. I assume they only work in “dot” mode?
We don’t actually use them yet. But I was thinking of using them and a pen to make sewing marks on a part. But there are other easy options, so I wouldn’t put much effort into it, now that I know it isn’t supported.
For that, dot mode or perforation mode would work.
