Anyone had this issue and have a fix?
Imported dxfs from Vcarve are not closing (I created one right inside of LB with no issue however).

Possibly- Can you tell me where to find this option to turn them off?

Double-click the layer containing this shape to open the Cut Settings Editor. Look to the lower left of that window. 
If you are willing, post one of the DXF files where you are observing this, and we can take a look.
