After successfully generating a cutting test matrix (several small squares), when I try to cut a shape by transferring the parameters that were good on the matrix, my shape does not cut… the focus is done, everything seems ok but it made a more or less deep line, but no cut.

You didn’t mention any help information to us. What are you trying to cut and what speed/power settings are you using…?
Most natural materials will vary, so you’ll probably have to run with more power to ensure they all cut through adequately.
How do you know the focus is correct? Did you do a ramp test? Sometimes the spacers they supply are not quite right.
If the laser height over the material changes it will change focus and your cut… Is this failure in any one area on the machine or just anywhere?
I am trying to cut 3mm MDF. I have tried several powers and speeds and even 100mm/but and 100%, The wood burns but does not cut…
I haven’t tried a test ramp.
What I don’t understand is that my test worked perfectly but the rest did not…
