Tried same file on Lightburn upgraded version and last version. Same results
120 speed. 23/23 power

The cuts for the rectangle are off only in certain parts of the vinyl.
Used vinyl before same settings no issues.

It would be nice to have a little more info about the material and your parameters. You write 120 power…mmmm, Amps or percentage or what?
I can’t see much in your picture either, possibly others can.
Can you describe and show what exactly you are not happy with?
