I am currently having a strange problem on my red & black, 80w ruida laser w/ lightburn. I cut these 2 inch squares out in a row with about .08 between the blocks. The size of the blocks then grows with each one cut on the x axis (not Y). There is no skipping, just changing sized blocks. The grow by about .030 from block 1 to 5. Which is enough to cause havoc on making things that need to connect together.
I did update the scaling through lightburn the other day to make the sizes correct. Could this be some stepping error? I also moved it over about 10 inches and tried it again with the same effect. Any help would be appreciated.
