Hi there,
I’m currently working with Lightburn software and an xtool CO2 P2 laser. I’ve encountered an issue where the laser seems to engrave deeper in certain areas when engraving on the back of acrylic mirror. Even when running the same job on a new material, the laser engraves deeper in the same spots as before.
I want to clarify that the text I’m engraving is a single layer, so all the letters have the same settings applied.
This seems unlikely to be a coincidence, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone can offer insight into what might be causing this issue.
