any tips please?
Probably an illegal copy of LightBurn.

Did you download your version from LightBurn directly or did you get it with the machine? Unfortunately, we have seen it a few times that invalid LB versions are distributed with machines. Can you show us a screenshot from Laser Grbl with the same problem you mentioned in your entry post?
it was downloaded from original site, from Ortur factory I understand is need it some adjust in settings, now I’m not beside machine…
but Laser Grbl running from first try, without special adjustments
Download the program directly from LightBurn and try again.

I also am using an Ortur LM3 20W.
Ortur provides a free app called “Inspiraesth”. For more advanced functions, they recommend LaserGRBL or LightBurn.
However, they do not provide either of these with the machines or via their website. They direct you to LightBurn’s website to download.
