Can you simple increase the line width in LightBurn like you can in Coreldraw?
Not directly, no. A line in LightBurn is essentially infinitely thin. Or rather, it has no real thickness, only whatever the size of the laser focus dot.
If you want to create a wider line you will need to create a design that has actual dimensions and use a fill operation.
You can accomplish this relatively easily by using the inset/outset tool to create an outline of your current design.
