I am trying, for the first time, to ‘burn’ an inlay in some wood for an inlay using an xTool S1 10w machine. The inlay will be made from 0.6mm wood veneer. The picture shows some test circles with different power/speed values. In all cases, as the picture shows, there is a spiral cut to a slightly lower depth.
I don’t think this will be a problem for me.
However, I just wondered if this is what is to be expected.
