You can’t. Diode lasers can’t cut clear acrylic. It’s a physical limitation, the wavelength just passes through the material and doesn’t leave any energy to destroy the material. You need a CO2 laser with a different wavelength.

or use some colored acrylic like black, red, dark blue, green…
…however, if you apply transfer tape to the clear it will engrave nicely. The tape transfers the heat to the acrylic. In my experience, limited, I only get one pass at it so test power/speed.
