Installing GRBL firmware gives "no device found"

Hi everyone, first of all i would like to apologise for my english.
I recently brought a Jinsoku LC-40 10W, the machine comes with instructions and all drivers/firmware needed to make the machine work. Actually my cutter works only with its own program that is horrible and the even worst app. No other program will recognize my cutter. When i try to install the GRBL firmware to make Lightburn work a huge error message and “no device found” pops up.
I also tryed to do the same process on another pc, No error but still “no device found”
(Both pc’s successfully connects to the cutter, (USB-SERIAL CH340 (COM5)

In this page there is exactly the error message i got but they give no solution and im really new to this world. I don’t really know what to do.

The instructions indicate that you’re able to flash the GRBL firmware from the phone app. Have you tried that?

The phone app barely work, in Options,Device there is no way to flash the GRBL firmware. I’ll put some screenshots, unfortunatelly if i try to put english lenguage the app will become in chinese.

Are you putting the laser into firmware flash mode as described in the video?

Yes, by pressing the small button for 3 secons and theb the power button, i did it right now with both my desktop pc and a laptop. :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Not sure what might be going on. Perhaps the program is assuming COM3. Try manually assigning COM3 to your port to see if that makes a difference.

Problem Solved I tryied with another laptop and somehow works. Thank you so much for your help. You were the only light in pure darkness of informations :joy:
