I’ve been having intermittent issues over the past several weeks where randomly the laser will not communicate with my computer or vice versa. I’ve updated to the newest software update, and the control page shows when it’s connected/disconnected. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, restarting after deleting, changing ports, disconnecting while restarting and installing, keeping connected while restarting and installing. I now cannot get it to detect the laser in either USB port after uninstalling and importing saved device doesn’t work.
Do you have flouro lights in the room/area where the laser is, I had one I was helping troubleshoot and this turned out to be the problem, turn lights off, no problems, turn light on problems back. seems EMI was the cause of the problem.
