Problems with out of bounds using Lightburn but not on Laser GRBL

A driver is not going to fix a program design error. Out of bounds means your setup is telling the laser to go somewhere it can’t physically go.
Two things commonly cause this:

  1. The Overscan setting is too high.
  2. Using Current Position or User Origin instead of Absolute Coords.

In the Cut Settings Editor window. Overscan only applies to Fills and Images. Next to a setting is the distance based on the Speed setting.
