Is CSMIO/P-M board supported?

Hello
Can someone confirm compability with this board:

IMO, it won’t work:

Control software (simCNC, Mach3, Mach4) changes gcodes into motion trajectory and sends it through the network connection to the CSMIO/IP-M.

LightBurn generates G-Code and sends that text to the (typically GRBL-ish) controller, which interprets the commands, performs the trajectory planning, and generates the appropriate motor control signals.

The board you’re considering is apparently fed trajectory control points, not G-Code.

OK, so not directly suported
but… can Lightburn generate gcode files for Mach3 software?
I’m looking for software for cutting with “Lead In” functionality - knife is rolling and needs some space before cuting to reach correct direction (glass table cutter)

Perhaps:

Keep in mind that LightBurn generates G-Code for laser machines, rather than typical CNC G-Code controllers. In particular, LightBurn has weak Z-axis control and no provision for determining the toolpath beyond the optimizations useful for lasers.

From what I read around here, while it’s possible to adapt LightBurn’s output for non-laser machines, the process requires fairly deep knowledge of G-Code programming and enough hackery to deter all but the most determined of users.

MillMage is intended to address general CNC machining, but is in a closed beta test. Previous discussions may be relevant:

I saw docs, it’s why I’m asking.
I don’t need Z-axis control, on/off is enough.
I want to make some tests in this case.
Can you tell which kind of machine I should choose for Lead-In function?
I use LightBurn for my Ruida CO2 laser, there is Lead-IN.
Now I am at home, in demo version (no machine connected) I can’t see this options.

If you’ve set LightBurn up with No Machine selected, then a whole bunch of stuff can’t / won’t work.

Set up a generic GRBL device and it’ll know what to do; the “demo” program is identical to the “real” program, minus a paid license to end the trial period.

Beginner Mode options… eh
Now there is what I need  Thanks!

Yeah, you’re so over that! :student:
