running an old win7 laptop.
i have a strange problem,
when i do a large cut file (8"+) every piece drops free when i pick it up,
but if i do a small (4-5") cutout it leaves 1 small tab in every cutout hole,
very frustrating on a small delicate cutout.
not sure why its happening only on smaller pieces.
Do you have Tabs / Bridges checked in the Cut Settings Editor window?
nope. first thing i checked. and i even turn it on and back off each time just to be sure.

always on smaller items,never on large.
im going insane trying to pinpoint the problem lol
card slot built into the machine doesnt work,
so i was never able to update firmware,
creality sent me a new motherboard,
got it today and will install tonight,
maybe it will fix the problem,fingers crossed lol
i believe i may have solved my problem,
so in case others ever have this problem ill give my findings.
it wasnt a lightburn problem.
after adjusting every belt and screw without results i was defeated,
i started wiggling everything today,
and noticed the left side y axis had some movement,
tracked it to the wheel underneath the rail,
adjusted the nut and no more wiggle
could kick myself for not discovering this sooner lol
