Is my LTT ils 3nm CO2 laser compatible with lightburn?

I have a dedicated PC running Win 10 connected to the laser machine and it can communicate through the parallel port.

Is this a desktop machine? I have been trying to find a USB to Parallel Port interface for a while. I have found nothing available that has full handshaking capability.
