Is there a way to convert ezcad2 files into lightburn?

Hi, I have a bunch of ezcad2 files and just installed LB. Is there a way to convert them so they work in LB? Or a way to open them that I am not seeing?

Do you still have Ezcad on your system and if so can you export as a DXF file.
