The cut lines are shifted up considerably. Any suggestions?!
Your lid moved, or if the camera mount is hinged, it could be that. It’s the only reason the Y axis would shift while the X is still perfect.

If, the lid and or camera are secure, then could it be the way I am calibrating?
Just trying to get ahead of possible troubleshooting.
It’s possible, but unlikely. You’d have to tag all 4 markers a few mm too low.
