Customer specified use of this font. I installed direct from google. The capital “R” is not rendered correctly any advice is appreciated

No problem my end.
I just downloaded from here and no change. To be clear I was using MONTSERRAT BLACK. The normal font appears to work until you select BOLD i get some weird results
Just tried it. No change with bold. As in there was no change at all with bold or normal.
Does your “Montserrat Black” “R” Look normal??
