Outward button shows both inward and outward offsets, Inward button doesn’t show at all and the Both button shows both inward and outward offsets. Easy work around, but annoying.
Sounds like you’re working with an open shape. When a shape is open, Lightburn has no way of determining what is inward and what is outward, so it expands the entire shape. For inward it has no where to go and doesn’t show anything. Both of thes shapes were done with outward offset. You can see how they act differently.
