This week I updated to 1.7.0.3 (details at bottom).
I have a bunch of work queued up and had been off-line for a week fixing my venting system (had a leaky spot and the smoke filled room sucked). gave the unit a good cleaning. Same maintenance I do every 20 hours or once a month whichever comes first.
This time I kick off a few things, and notice that the framing function has ceased to do anything useful. The head moves a few inches, then just stops. Not a biggy, tabled that and decided to kick off one of the items on my honey do list.
First few tasks go well, I then load up a new ornament design (images below) first one works great.
Second one doing a group of them, goes well for the first few items. Then it just… slows down and burns the crud out of the wood (image below).
I am gutted, Tonnes of things to get done, and nothing I can find as to why it is doing this. Never had this issue before. My other 2 lasers are either too small or too slow to get anything useful done. Hopefully I have a boneheaded settings issue. or at least you guys can point me towards something.
Thanks!
