Hi , hope someone can help. I have Falcon A1 pro. I have managed to get it connected and with the camera working using the pre release 2.1 software. However when i try to run a cut process it does fire the laser correctly. It seems to be under power plus also with a intermittent cut. I have checked the s-max and its seems to correctly set at 1000. Any help would be great thanks.

Do you have Perforation Mode enabled?

Hi , the perforated setting is off. The vector file im using works fine with the original Creative software. Im only cutting 0.1mm paper. And even with the power set at 100% in lightburn its not cutting through.
Did you set up the A1 Pro according to Creality’s instructions here?
And used the autofocus macro before starting the job?
I still don’t have an explanation for the “intermittent cut”..
A picture of the outcome, and your .LBRN2 project file would help us diagnose.

Hi again, quick update. I cleared the current set up and re imported the Creative file. Seems to be better now. I might have imported an older version first time around. Ill do a few more jobs and see how it goes. Thanks for the advice.
