Issues with Limit Switches and Air Assit on Sculpfun S30 5W

Hi everyone,
I just bought and installed a Sculpfun S30 5 w diode laser, but i’m having some difficulties with the limit swithces and homing as well as Air Assist.
I have followed this tutorial (Setting Up Your SCULPFUN S30 With LightBurn - YouTube) to set everything up. Everything was going smoothly up to the air assist, I have M8 selected but when I go to Cut/ Layers window nothing comes up so I cannot enable it.
After this, with regards to the sitchwes after enabling Hard limits ($21) and Homing cycle($22) on machine settings when I click home the laser moves only on the X axis, and keeps trying to move after reaching the switch and I get this error:

ALARM:9
Homing fail. Could not find limit switch within search distance. Defined as 1.5 * max_travel on search and 5 * pulloff on locate phases.

I use Lightburn 1.3.1
Anyone can help me figure out what is wrong?

Additionally, make sure the mechanics are set up correctly: Guide to mechanical adjustments and maintenance

Please post the full output of the command “$$” that you can send in the console window. This should show all firmware settings.
