Issues with my infill

Hi friends, is there a setting I am unaware of that will help my horizontal (x) settings when using infil? It looks like it’s off by just a little and causing this weird blurry/shadow. I’m running it at 300mm/s max but typically somewhere around 250mm/s with 70-90% power.

I would try scanning offset in device settings.

I would also read this about skewed engraving. The PWM rising might be set incorrect.

My issues have gotten worse some how. Looks like I need to adjust the setting of when the laser turns on/off

Running the tube that hot will definitely shorten its life; you should keep it under about 70% unless you’re cutting something really recalcitrant.

As @Dskall points out, you must measure and fill in the Scanning Offset Adjustment for your machine:

Remember that the value in the table is half the distance between successive scan line ends.

Most likely, the Min power setting is too low, so that the tube shuts off when the laser head slows down for the corners. The tube likely won’t fire below about 10%, so increase the Min power level above that.
