I had a large laser machine previously with which I used Lightburn. I am now using a Shapeoko and am getting the J Tech Laser add on. I saw that there is a Lightburn program for GRBL, can I use the Lightburn program I paid for previously or is the latter specific for laser add-on? Can I also use the camera I had with the J Tech Laser add on?
Lightburn has two versions - DSP and GRBL.
The GRBL version will talk to any GRBL controller, so yes, you should have no problem talking to your shapeoko with JTech.
The DSP version will talk to DSP and GRBL.
