My machine is Sculpfun s30 22W. I haven’t had any problems so far. Today I noticed a jagged edge only on the text. The straight edges are cut correctly. Everything is best seen in the picture.
I think that might be a machine issue. Cutting or engraving a curved line requires both the X and Y axis movement to be smoothly working together. Try engraving, on that piece of material, a series of smaller squares and rectangles across the top and circles and ovals across the bottom and see what you get. You don’t need to have those shapes filled, just lightly engraved lines.

I checked the mechanical issues and found that the MGC on linear guide is not running smoothly. I will try to clean everything thoroughly. However, if I have to replace the MGC, I am wondering which MGC should I buy?
