Text on screen shows as per font setting. But on laser work face it frames as blobs, no inner fill as for the letters “R”, “O” etc.
Have spent several hours with AI trying to work a solution. It appears the JCZ software tries to treat a Line as Fill.
Have tried numerous tricks but cant get it to do as required.
Can anyone shed some light please?

It sounds like you want to change the framing mode to “Contour”
Due to the limited speed of any galvo, it might still be easier to frame it accurately when using “Bounds” on more intricate shapes.
