Can someone explain these settings and what they do?

Speed is the change in position over time.
Acceleration is the change in speed over time.
Jerk is the change in acceleration over time.

It’s used for S-curve acceleration, to control how fast the acceleration value ramps up.

Speed factor I couldn’t tell you - you’d have to consult the Trocen manual for that.

Ok. Is this a cause of partial jagged cuts sometimes if the values are too high?

It could be, but that depends on the machine, the settings, and what those cuts actually look like.
