Just started a batch of these for a Christmas Craft Fair - mostly yew and cherry. No idea what to charge for them though - suggestions welcome!
I think they are fine as they are
Thanks, although I was hoping someone would tell me what to charge (as opposed to change). Iām not very good at pricing stuff that I make!
Use the standard marketing model: $14.95 on sale for $12.95 during flea market only.
I made some (3mm basswood ply) wooden earrings and necklace for my granddaughter. Based on the cost of materials and a 3$ minimum wage, I could sell the earrings for about $10/pr and make a profit. The necklace alone was $20, so I would have to charge $30 for it.
Bear in mind I have sold nothing and this is wishful thinking on my part. You used more expensive wood. If the Craft Fair in in an upscale area, charge twice as much as what you think they are worth.
Sorry, I was too fast and misread/understood your question.
You can look up laser-cut jewelry on Etsy, for example. and see what price the others charge.
I sell mine for 3.00 per pair here locally. Made from Birch wood, and stained in Walnut Stain. Mine are not Christmas earrings though.
If you make them custom, you could probably get more.
