Does anyone have any jigs templates they’d be willing to share? We have a friend we’re doing a fundraiser for and want to create some Amazon special black-coated dog tags, black metal business cards, and black aluminum bracelets. I’d like to be able to push these out pretty quick without spending a lot of time building the templates, as we still have to come up with a design as well as our normal work schedule. If anyone is willing to share a file or two to help, we would be greatly appreciative!
How did you imagine a template from someone else should fit your products?
Making a template is very easy and takes no time.
Take one of your products, make an array and cut it out of a material that fits the task. What is important is that you use Absolute coordinates and make a mechanical stop on your work surface that arites your templates repetitive in the same position.
