Job origin laser origin

I recently bought a Rabbit laser and new user on lightburn. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the job origin so the laser orients itself to the correct spot on the work table? The job origin location on the laser page is grayed out and doesn’t allow adjustment.

Hey Oz thanks for the response. I have a simple request…I really want to use this program for my new $8000 laser. I’m not a complete dummy but I must have done something wrong during the initial install of lightburn (30 day trial).
Would you be willing to let me uninstall and then reinstall? I’ve only had it about 3 days.

Uninstall / reinstall doesn’t do anything to your settings or configuration. If you want to reset all of that, you have to do it like this:

  • Run LightBurn
  • Go to File > Open prefs folder
  • Quit LightBurn
  • Delete the contents of the prefs folder

That will reset everything back to ‘brand new’. Is that what you’re looking to do?
