Could I get some tips as to why our faces aren’t being engraved only the eyes and mouths? My settings should all be included in the screenshots. Should I be using a different image mode than greyscale? Thanks!
Invert the image…select negative image on the slider in the bottom screen shot.

Use negative image as BeauPerry said.
Also Try changing image mode to Dithered.

I use Atkinson mode on most images, seems to work good.
Can you show an update of the engraving? Thanks!
I never could get it to work good with clear acrylic but I spray painted the acrylic white then lasered the spray paint and it worked well. I will upload a picture hopefully by tomorrow!
